We would like to say thank you for our stay at Villa Belle. We had a wonderful time in Koh Samui mainly because of our experience in the Villa.
First of all, we appreciate your swift responses and arrangement made prior to our stay. We basically need to worry about nothing upon our arrival as all things are set and the only thing needed is our presence. Your recommended transfer to the Full Moon Party (i.e. VIP) is awesome as it was safe and comfortable without an overcrowded speedboat or long queue going back to Koh Samui (which is the case for other speedboat companies as we noticed).
We also would like to say thank you to Noom the Villa Manager and Pa the helper. They took care of us perfectly during our stay in a lot of ways including but not limited to:
- Prepared good breakfast for us every day
- Drove us to here and there and sent us back to the Villa from early morning to late night so that we did not need to bother with taxi drivers for the fares and so on
- Picked up our call at very late night to give direction to the driver for the Full Moon Party transfer
- Took initiative to recommend us to visit the Fisherman Market on the Friday evening and drove us there
- Prepared the tower basket for us when we went for boat trip and islands tour
- Reminded us of safety issues before we went to the Full Moon Party
- Helped us to prepare fruits and drinks whenever we requested
- Liaised with the chef to prepare some lovely Thai dishes in the Villa
- Made our rooms and living area neat and tidy everyday
Our pleasant stay in Villa Belle is largely because of their contribution!
Some recommendations:
- It would be good to add a small bin in each room in addition to the one in the bathroom
- Could be a good idea to have a box of tissue paper in each room
- Could be attractive to include description such as "Driver service included - subject to availability, exclusive of cost of gasoline", if applicable, on your website
- Could mention the reliable Full Moon Party transfer on your website
We enjoyed our trip very much and definitely would love to go back to Villa Belle or some of the other villas there in the future. Thank you and hope to see you again!

We spent a wonderful Songkran there avoiding the craziness of the island. The design of the villa is so tasteful, that you spend your time taking pictures. We had 3 bedrooms but only 2 couples, and it took quite a while to decide which one we were staying in. The 3 of them are so beautiful.
We made good use of the massive Australian BBQ and had gorgeous dinners by the pool overlooking the sea and Ko Phan Ngan.
The staff is lovely, efficient and really helpful. K. Noom, the manager, drove us around the island looking for beaches and restaurants. The house maid is a great cook and kept surprising us every night with beautiful dinner set up and origami in the bedrooms when doing the turn around.
We stayed 5 nights but we didn't see time flying.
Definitely the best experience I ever had in Samui!

Dear All,
We wanted to thank you for such an incredible stay at Villa Belle. The property itself is of course stunning, as is the Island, and we were very happy to spend a wonderful 7 nights there. The Villa allowed us to share some valuable time together as a family, made only more special by the views and comfort around us.
However, the thing that we enjoyed above and beyond everything else was the quite extraordinary hospitality shown to us by the amazing team you have in place at Villa Belle. I have already overdosed on superlatives but Noom and Pa were exceptionally welcoming and warm with nothing too much trouble, and both going to every effort to ensure that our trip was seamless. The extra touches were hugely appreciated, not least Pa’s creativity, and additional assistance in keeping the children entertained. Frankly it was hard not to try and steal your team to bring back with us to Vietnam!
The standard of food was beyond anything we could have eaten at the Island’s best restaurants. In fact, none of us could recall better Thai food ever - it made Nahm’s in London positively banal. And the nanny you arranged was kind, patient and an absolute blessing to have.
We were sad to leave and think fondly of our wonderful week at Villa Belle.

You have an absolutely wonderful home that was sincerely a pleasure to experience and will have fond memories in our lives forever.
The experience was significantly enhanced by the hospitality and generosity of Noom and Pha's patronage. They are absolutely delightful taking care of every detail, always doing it with so much pleasure and passion. They both love what they do and it shows. Our family can't thank them enough for making this holiday so wonderful for us.

The attentive service from K. Pla and K. Noom made this one of our best vacation. We had a chef daily and the food was as good as any 5 star restaurant. We will definitely recommend this villa.

Thank you so much for a fantastic vacation. My friends and I had the time of our lives and we owe it all to you and your wonderful staff. Please convey our gratitude to Nong and the rest of the team. They did an excellent job keeping the villa comfortable, safe, and pristine at all times. They were professional, warm, kind and fun to be around and did above and beyond what was expected of them. If there is one thing that separates Villa Michaela from the rest of the beautiful villas in Samui, it is the presence of a welcoming family that awaits you the second you step into the house, constantly ready to attend to your every need.
Aside from the staff, the facilities and amenities were superb. The rooms were luxurious, the cinema room was cozy and well-equipped, the kitchen was a constant source of delicious food for us, and the beautiful infinity pool offered the most spectacular view of the island incomparable to any that we’d seen elsewhere. The proximity to Villa Belle just up the hill was an added bonus; since we were traveling with a large group, it was the perfect way for all of us to stay together, yet have enough room to live comfortably.
All in all, our stay was nothing short of a fairytale and we would not hesitate to return to Villa Belle if we are ever in Thailand again. We will definitely recommend Belle to anyone who asks for our opinion on where to find the perfect vacation experience. Thank you so much once again.

We really had a great time in Koh Samui, specially the villa was amazingly beautiful.
It was one of the best properties I have ever stayed at, it was perfect in terms of location, property and value for money.
Also I would like to mention that you have an amazing staff, both our villa manager "Noom" and "Kum Pha" were really nice and helpful, they did a lot for us and made our stay all the more special and worth it.
I would definitely love to come back and stay in your property again.

It was amazing!!!! Everything was perfect and specially the service!!!! So helpful!!! The food outstanding!! Te massage as well!! Everything !!!! The house is superb .
Our only problem was that we had no water and no light one night because o the storm. But that's it.

We stayed at Villa Belle for 10 days in April 2012 and had a fabulous time.
The location is truly idyllic – you are only 5 minutes from Cheong Mon beach but at the same time benefit from the most amazing ocean vista in three directions, being one of the highest villas in the area.
You are not overlooked by anyone, so privacy is assured.
The villa itself has a truly unique character with high ceilings and an integrated terrace that forms part of the living area – tall windows ensure a constant pleasant breeze even on the hottest days.
The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble – Khun Pa has an extraordinary repertoire in animals made from towels(!) and Khun Noom can make a great cocktail alongside all his other talents.
Highly recommended!
