Terms:
- Rates are quoted for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified
- Extra Beds will be charged USD 50 regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above
- Rates include continental breakfast, prepared daily by the villa team
- Baby cot and high chair are provided FOC
- Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% Service Charge
- Airport Transfers: USD 50 per trip and for a maximum of 8 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or luxury car) subject to 10% service charge
- Rates exclude full time chef service available at the following charge: THB 1,200 per meal, THB 1,800 for lunch and dinners; rates subject to 10% service charge. Food cost and provisioning on guests account.
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars.
